Jamghat - A Group of Street Children

Jamghat runs a Day Care Centre since 2008 called ‘Aangan’ which is open for all children and adolescents from slums and communities around Jama Masjid, Daryaganj. Currently there are about 50 children at our day care centre. Jamghat provides opportunities to these children to engage in fun?learning, schooling, sports and extra? curricular activities, health care and life skills development. With the vision to provide a safe, secure, healthy, joyful and creative environment to the most vulnerable / homeless children, Jamghat aims at developing these children into confident and self?reliant citizens who contribute further towards the society.
